I have 12 years of competitive bodybuilding experience having won competitions in the UK and USA. During this period I have gained a lot of knowledge on the benefits of weight training, nutrition and cardio, which I now would like to pass on to my personal training clients.

My focus is on gym based exercises, combining resistance training and cardio. I like to advise all my clients the importance of their nutrition as this is the most important part to staying in shape.

Through hard work and dedication I believe almost anyone can achieve their goals through regular exercise and a good nutrition plan.

Whether you want to lose weight, build up, tone up or improve your fitness. I can devise a  program to suit your needs. I currently have clients for weight loss, muscle gain and have also prepared athletes for photo shoots as well as competitions.

I have worked with celebrities and helped to prepare Marcus Bridgestock for the popular tv show The Jump.

I’m also currently available to train clients who are looking to prepare and compete in fitness and bodybuilding competitions which includes their bulking program and pre contest dieting and preparation.

I’m currently based at the Aesthetic Fitness Studio in Streatham. 

From 2000 to 2010 I enjoyed a very successful career as a Physique athlete competing in Bodybuilding and Physique shows all across the Unkind also NPC shows in Florida USA. I regularly placed in the top 3 until my career was ended by injuries that affected my success and placing. Thereafter decided to concentrate on my business and passing on my knowledge to others.
