Based at the Aesthetic Fitness Studio in Streatham These 1 hour sessions are for people wanting to get strong, tone up and drop body fat.

All sessions are weights based in a circuit type set up and will cover the whole body and would be suited to anyone from beginners to more advanced trainers.

For good results 3 sessions would be recommended per week if this is the only exercise you are doing.

This would also be a great session to do once a week in addition to your other activities.

Spaces are limited and the maximum group size is 3 with your trainer.

For people who block book the sessions there is an additional benefit. You will be set up with your own personal nutrition tracking plan and target steps and will be given all recommendations by your trainer on a weekly basis to get results.

This class would be suitable for men or women of all ages looking to get into a good fitness regime.

Sessions will be additionally starting on Mondays Wednesdays and Saturday Mornings with additional sessions added on demand.
